73rd Independence Day Celebration at NHPS

With freedom in our minds
And faith in our words
And pride in our heads
And memories in our soul
Let’s salute our nation

The 73rd Independence Day was celebrated by the students with great patriotic fervour. Dr Mohan Manghnani, Chairman, New Horizon Educational Institution, unfurled the tricolor. Ms Anupama Sethi, Principal, New Horizon Public School, while addressing the gathering stressed on the importance of education and the role played by the students in the future.

The spirit of nationalism was displayed by the students through a spectrum of patriotic songs and dances.

Sadhvi of Std X spoke about the various sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and instilled in us a sense of pride and love for our country.
Let us remember all the martyrs who laid down their lives for the freedom of our country.

Let us today take a vow to spare no efforts to take India to greater heights. Let us strive to make our country a safer and better place by following the principles and values taught by our great leaders.
May our Indian tricolor always fly high.

Jai Hind.

    Respected Madam,

I am writing this e-mail with immense happiness and gratitude. To see Niharica improve slowly and steadily has given me a lot of confidence that she will do well in her academics even in her higher classes. She now reads very well and independently. She also remembers things better. Her writing has improved as well.

I would like to thank you mam for your patience, understanding and encouragement. I would also thank the school management for having such a set up where the kids can be given special attention to improve in the areas that they are weak in.

Mam, I am sure that with your guidance Niharica will have a wholesome growth. Thank you once again.

    Yours sincerely,
    Malathy
