Head of the Department – Electrical and Electronics Engineering

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating and communicating marketing plans and building awareness and positioning for our institution’s brands. High competency in Digital Marketing is a huge advantage.

Roles & responsibilities

  1. Maintain adequate supplies of stationary and materials to meet the requirements of the Institution.
  2. Issue stationary, materials and equipment from stores as required.
  3. Receive replacement stocks of materials and equipment, ensuring that these are correct in terms of number and specification.
  4. Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained.
  5. Carry out regular stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained.
  6. Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of required stationary, materials and equipment are maintained.
  7. Maintain contact with relevant departments to ensure that stock items and stock levels are appropriate to their requirements.
  8. Yearly audits and scrapping / disposal of unused / old items.
  9. Updating Inventory software.

Skills required

  • Any UG/PG Qualification
  • Minimum of 5-10 Yrs experience in stores and of stock control
  • Good organizing skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills

Female Candidate with graduation in any stream, presentable and well-groomed with good communication skill.
