On the occasion of International Yoga Day on June 21, 2024, an invigorating event was organised. Dr. Anjali, esteemed guest and yoga instructor led the students through various asanas and exercises, showcasing the remarkable benefits of yoga. Ms Srinandhini Hari, our Life Skills instructor guided the students of grade I to IV through various asanas and breathing exercises. The atmosphere buzzed with energy and enthusiasm as the facilitators ensured the session was both enjoyable and beneficial, leaving the students feeling energized and relaxed.
