In an ever-evolving world, ensuring the safety of our children is paramount. Understanding the importance of proactive measures, New Horizon Public School hosted a comprehensive Child Safety Workshop, Reflect and Connect. This workshop aimed to empower parents, caregivers, and educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to create secure environments for children to thrive. The workshop provided parents with a deep understanding of potential risks children may face in various settings, including at home, school, and in public spaces. It emphasized the significance of open communication between adults and children. Parents and guardians learnt how to navigate online risks, set appropriate boundaries, and educate children about responsible internet use. The workshop consisted of interactive session, group discussions, and practical demonstrations. Parents had the opportunity to share their experiences, ask questions, and collaborate with other attendees.
