International Yoga Day

On June 21, 2024, we hosted an invigorating event in celebration of International Yoga Day. Esteemed yoga instructor Dr. Anjali guided the students through a range of asanas and exercises, demonstrating the remarkable benefits of yoga. Meanwhile, Ms. Srinandhini Hari, our Life Skills instructor, led students from grades I to IV in practicing various asanas and breathing techniques. The atmosphere buzzed with energy and enthusiasm as the facilitators ensured that the session was both enjoyable and beneficial, leaving the students feeling revitalized and relaxed.
