The Faculty Development Workshop on "AI Tools in Pedagogy" was conducted to introduce educators to the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in teaching and learning. The workshop offered valuable insights into integrating AI tools for content creation, assessment, and student engagement.

Featured tools included ChatGPT, Canva, Napkin, Magic Slides, Gamma, Ideogram, Dream Machine, Question Well, Perplexity, Edpuzzle, Socrative, Magic School, Suno, Plickers, and Kialo—each showcased for its use in generating content, visuals, and assessments.
Session 3: Hands-on Training
Teachers actively created content, quizzes, and presentations using the tools introduced.

NHPS hosted a dynamic workshop on Effective Communicative English led by Ms. Veni Sukumar. The session focused on enhancing teachers’ communication skills to support confident, clear, and engaging classroom interactions.
Participants explored the fundamentals of communication, its types, and the role it plays in boosting confidence, improving listening and speaking, and overcoming common barriers. Engaging activities such as Two Truths and a Lie, Pass the Talk, Pronunciation Practice, and storytelling games made the workshop highly interactive and practical.
Ms. Veni encouraged teachers to embrace daily conversations in English and prioritize fluency over perfection. The workshop concluded with reflective sharing by participants, leaving them inspired with practical tools and renewed confidence in their communication skills.
