Celebrating the Joy of Giving – A Good Deed by Tara S Iyengar (Grade 3E)
As a part of our Good Deeds initiative, we are proud to feature Tara S Iyengar of Grade 3E, whose family celebrated a milestone birthday by sponsoring a full-day meal at a Home for the Aged in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
This kind gesture of supporting elderly people without family support, beautifully reflects the spirit of selfless giving. Quoting the Bhagavad Gita, the family shared,
“Offer selflessly at the right place and time — this is true virtuous giving.”
