Puberty Awareness Session 2026

A Puberty Awareness Session was conducted for students of Grades 4 to 7 to help them understand and navigate the physical, emotional, and social changes associated with adolescence. The programme also included a short yoga session aimed at promoting overall well-being, mindfulness, and self-awareness. The session encouraged students to embrace this phase of growth with confidence, practise self-care, and adopt healthy habits that support their overall development and well-being.
